Web Service Fees
Pay as you go
Our standard rate is $90 per hour. Requests for work not on a support plan may not be given immediate priority and will be completed as resources are available.
All pay as you go requests will involve analysis by a member of the web services team and include an estimated time to completion. Estimates may not be exact and projects may require more or fewer hours than those estimated. In such cases, the customer will be consulted as soon as an overage is identified.
Yearly Support & Maintenance Plans:
Support plans give you first priority for support requests as compared to the standard pay as you go model. Typical turn around for support plans is 1 - 2 business days. If you need to use more than the greater of 5 hours or 15% of your annual hours during any given month you will need to make prior arrangement with Web Services. This is needed to ensure we are able to support all clients with available staffing.
Support Plan Terms
- Plans are billed at the start of the fiscal year (July 1) or as soon as a Support Service Agreement is signed. If your department needs to make different arrangements for monthly or quarterly payments, accommodations can be made.
- Any request under 5 hours will be processed without providing an estimate of time; this is meant to save on the amount of Support Project Management overhead.
- Requests requiring 5 or more hours may take longer than the typical 1 - 2 days. These requests will involve analysis by a member of the web services team and include an estimated time to completion. Estimates may not be exact and projects may require more or fewer hours than those estimated. In such cases, the customer will be consulted as soon as an overage is identified.
- Any unused support hours will be refunded at the end of the year. However, in an effort to eliminate budget shortfalls at the end of the year we may encourage a site review, additional site updates or customization to use all available hours.
